Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "User," "Host," "Vendor," or "Guest") and WeSupport Technologies Limited, doing business as OwanbePro ("OwanbePro", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the OwanbePro website and application. You agree that by accessing the platform, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of the Service

OwanbePro is a digital marketplace and event management platform. OwanbePro is exclusively a facilitator. We provide tools for Event Hosts to manage RSVPs, sell tickets, budget, and connect with Vendors.

• OwanbePro does not host, organize, or manage the physical events.
• OwanbePro does not employ Vendors, caterers, or security personnel.
• OwanbePro is not a party to any contract or agreement entered into between Event Hosts, Guests, and Vendors.

We bear no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or execution of any event, nor the performance or delivery of any vendor services.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. OwanbePro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Terms for Event Hosts

If you use OwanbePro to host an event, you agree to the following:

• Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring your event complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and insurance.
• Accurate Representation: You must accurately describe your event, ticket tiers, and refund policies. Deceptive event listings will result in immediate account termination.
• Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with hosting an event, including but not limited to property damage, guest injury, and vendor disputes.
• Memorial Features: If utilizing our burial/memorial profiles, you warrant that you are legally authorized by the deceased's next of kin to publish such information.

5. Terms for Vendors

If you register as a Vendor on OwanbePro:

• Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, or partner of WeSupport Technologies Limited.
• Service Fulfillment: You are solely responsible for delivering the services agreed upon with the Host. OwanbePro does not guarantee your work and will not compensate Hosts for your failure to deliver.
• Taxes: You are strictly responsible for remitting any applicable taxes to the appropriate government authorities in your jurisdiction.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeSupport Technologies Limited, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Platform; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) your violation of the rights of a third party; (4) any overt harmful act toward any other user; or (5) any incidents, injuries, or legal violations occurring at an event you hosted or attended.
